EXPRESS SHIPPING AND HANDLING Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Express delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET (excluding holidays) will arrive within 3 business days. Express delivery to rural routes and remote locations typically arrive within 3-4 business days. Express delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. NEXT BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) before 3:00 PM ET will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders placed with Next Business Day delivery Monday through Friday after 3:00 PM ET or on weekends or holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. Next Business Day delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS In the event of a single order resulting in mutiple packages, no additional charges will be made for the subsequent packages. SIGNATURES Signatures will be required on all orders over $75 RETURN POLICY We accept returns only on defective product, and only for exchanges within 15 days of product reciept. All sales are final. Defective product must be returned unwashed and unworn. Purchased product will be determined Unreturnable if worn, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. Return shipping is the responsibilty of the sender. We do not accept C O D's. To return defective merchandise, e-mail us first for a return form. Return form must be included in package with defective product and be filled out accurately for exchange to be made. Returns will be shipped back same day as received (excluding holidays and weekends).
